Breckenridge Manor

Breckenridge Manor will be having their 1st community poker night Friday, May 3rd. If you would like to participate (must be 21 years old) please sign up through Eventbrite. The last day to sign up will be April 30th. If you have any questions please contact Michelle 661-874-5559. The community garage sale is scheduled for April 13th from 7:00am to 2:00pm. It's a great time to do your spring cleaning and sell off items that you are no longer in need of.  Also, the Social committee is looking for volunteers to serve on the committee and help with community events such as Happy Hour, Movie Night, & Luminary Walk. Anyone interested in helping out is encouraged to come to the next committee meeting on April 10th at 7:00pm. for location and more info please text Michelle at 661-874-5559. We would love to see you there!

Thank you to those who attended the Owner's meeting last evening. Also, thank you to those who sent in Absentee Ballots. Playground Upgrade The Playground upgrade was mentioned at the meeting last evening. Starting next Friday, Maybe Sooner, crews will be in the community to remove the old playground and tot lot. Thank you for being careful of their vehicles and equipment while this work is done. Don't have a date for the new playground equipment to come in and be installed yet, but will let you know as soon as that date is set. 

The community is having a community garage sale on April 13th. Please see the attached flyer for information. 

Tonight is the Community Happy Hour, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  Please see the attached flyer for more information.

Please see the attached flyer for information on the community Luminary Walk.  Join in the fun next Saturday, December 16th, 7:00-8:00 pm. Donations are being collected for the local Open Arms Care Center. Open Arms is a non-profit that provides eligible individuals and families with food and clothing assistance. If you are interested in donating, please see the attached list of items needed. 

Please see the attached flyer regarding the upcoming community Movie Night on Friday, November 3rd at 6pm. Bring lawn chairs or blankets and enjoy a movie on the lawn. 

The community garage sale is coming up on Saturday, October 7th, from 7:00am to 2:00pm.  Please see the attached flyer.  All residents are invited to participate.

The HOA is looking for 12-15 Volunteers to help us treat the trees in our common area. Please meet at the southwest greenbelt, next to 250 E. Tremaine, this Saturday, February 11th at 7:30 am.  Please see the attached flyer for additional information.

Come out and enjoy a stroll through the neighborhood as we light up the walkways to celebrate the holidays! Luminaries and bags will be passed out to all homes prior to the event. If you are unable to participate please pass your bags to our neighbors so we can light up the streets. Stop by the fire pit at the Pinon cul-de-sac (next to the tot lot playground) to drop off donations and vote for your favorite decorated house. Prized will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place winners!  During our luminary night celebration, we will be collecting donations for the Open Arms Care Center located in Gilbert.
