The landscapers will start winter seeding October 9th. In order to prepare for this, please turn off your sprinklers\irrigation lines this week, to allow your lawn to dry out and get ready for scalping. (You can keep watering plants.) The Lawns are scheduled to be scalped October 2nd.
Seeding will be done October 9th and then you will need to turn your sprinklers back on that evening. At that time, please set your sprinkler clocks to water 4 times a day for 3 minutes each time. (7:00 am, 11:00 am, 2:00 pm, 5:00 pm)
