A few updates:
Landscaping
This week, the landscapers cleaned up all yards and streets, but the yards were still wet in many areas from the overnight rain, so many of the yards were not able to be mowed this week.
Wall Painting Work
Painters have been prepping, repairing and getting the walls ready for painting. Primer is being applied today and looks reddish-brown. Weather permitting, the final coat of wall paint should start being applied tomorrow on Friday. Attached is a map showing the flow of the painting work. Owners that have irrigation against walls will be given a notice at their unit, prior to painting, so they can turn their sprinklers off on the day the wall by their home will be painted.
