Greetings Breckenridge Manor Homeowners,
We are beginning to review and revise our original Breckenridge Manor CC&Rs. Our CC&Rs were developed in the early 1980’s, they are in need of some updates to reflect new laws and remove any irrelevant information. The HOA Board is organizing a committee to assist in the initial review and revision of our existing CC&Rs. Please note, once the revision process is complete and a final, revised CC&R document is generated, each Homeowner will be asked to review the revised document and provide their signature acknowledging their approval of the new CC&Rs. The revised CC&Rs will only be approved if at least 75% of Homeowners provide their signatures.
